Support Me is for businesses that have completed or are about to complete conversion and need user support to
assist with questions, problems, and issues that come up in the first few weeks or months the system is active.
These services can also be used months or years after conversion when it's time to fine-tune and make
adjustments to reflect actual usage. Support services are delivered remotely or in after-hours meetings.
Teach Me
The Teach Me package can include a user training guide (manual), quick tip reference guides, on-site live training,
and/or web-based training (either live or on-demand). The Teach Me package is customized to your business
needs, user levels, and location requirements.
Dressing on the Side, Please
OK, so you need a little of this and a little of that from the above packages but none of them seem to fit your precise
needs right now? No problem, just tell me what services you do need and I'll create a custom package just for you.
Hourly Consulting
Don't need packaged services at all? Completed the term of your package and need occasional assistance? Of
course you can choose hourly consulting on an as needed basis. A discounted hourly rate will apply to graduates
of one of my packages.
