Small Business Packages
Start Me Up
The Start Me Up package includes everything a new business needs to get employees hired, trained, and working
for your company. This package includes job evaluation (including needs assessment), basic job description
development (up to 5 positions), Employee Handbook, and up to 10 hours of consulting or coaching within one
year.
Expand Your Horizons 1
Expand Your Horizons packages are for existing businesses looking to expand, whether it's your workforce, your
service offerings, your physical facilities, or any combination. Expand Your Horizons 1 is for the business that has
not yet taken the steps to create an Employee Handbook or similar documentation but needs to now. This
package includes review of current positions, evaluation of new positions needed, basic job description
development (up to 10 positions), Employee Handbook, and up to 10 hours consulting or coaching within one year.
Expand Your Horizons 2
Expand Your Horizons packages are for existing businesses looking to expand, whether it's your workforce, your
service offerings, your physical facilities, or any combination. Expand Your Horizons 2 is for the business that
already has an Employee Handbook and some formal job descriptions. This package includes review of current
positions, evaluation of new positions needed, review and update of job descriptions, review and update of
Employee Handbook, and up to 10 hours consulting or coaching within one year.
Leader of the Pack
Leader of the Pack package is for business owners who are brand new to managing employees. If you've just
moved (or are about to move) to the head of the team, we'll do one on one coaching to help you feel confident in
your new role. First, we'll talk about the difference between a manager and a leader and the skills needed to be
both. We'll discuss some common pitfalls and how to avoid them; how to train and support your employees so that
they reach their goals and you do, too; review hiring strategies and exit strategies; and look at different worker and
manager "styles". These sessions will be focused on your business and industry and customized for you and your
experience level. This package includes 6 one hour sessions in a three to six month period, relevant documents,
and a review/summary of each session and our overall achievements so that you can refer to this information later
on.

needs right now? No problem, just tell me what services you do need and I'll create a custom package just for you.
A` la Carte
Select the individual services that you and your business need today. You can always upgrade to a package later,
if needed. Choose from Employee Handbook development, job descriptions, Management Handbook
development, organizational structure review, general consulting, management coaching, training, and much
more.
Hourly Consulting
Don't need packaged services at all? Completed the term of your package and need occasional assistance? Of
course you can choose hourly consulting on an as needed basis. A discounted hourly rate will apply to graduates
of one of my packages.
Rescue Hotline
When working with human beings, there will always be unforeseen mishaps, incidents, events, etc. that come up in
the course of business. When they do, I'm just a phone call away. Got an OSHA complaint? A workers'
compensation claim? An intoxicated employee? A discrimination complaint? Just pick up the phone. Whether
you're an existing client or this is your first call, I'm here for you.
